St Mawes Carnival. 10.00am - Childrens beach sports on idles and stalls on the quay. Music, Funtasia, BBQ all day. 5.00pm: Carnival judging at Recreation Ground to be followed by procession at 6.00pm. From 7pm: Music from Rocket Dogs and Stuart Chapman.

Sun August 15: Cornwall Air Ambulance Annual Funraising Event at Royal Standard, Gerrans. 2.00 - 5.00pm Stalls, etc including light music from Steve Skull. Come and support this worthwhile cause.
