Mevagissey Male Voice Choir are always happy to hear from anyone interested in singing who might like to join their group. Anyone interested is invited to come along to a rehearsal evening to see what would be involved and to see if they think they would enjoy singing with the choir. Rehearsals are held in St Andrew's Church on Monday evenings, commencing at 7.30pm.

A Patient Participation Group to help with strategic input and advice from a patient’s perspective is starting at Portscatho Surgery. It is created to help improve communication and will initially be set up by the practice but, over time, it will then be run by the patients and liaise directly with the practice staff and Doctors.
