Shakey's Post match report - 12th Sept: Yesterday we travelled to Wadebridge and played against a very young tricky side. We battled well and kept possesion taking the lead through Sam Glanville before Bryn Wheeler doubled the lead putting us 2 - 0 up at half time (we alss had a goal from our Skipper Ryan Harris disallowed before the break).
Wadebridge got back into the game at the start of the 2nd Half, but we kept them at bay. We scored a further 3 goals through Bryn Wheeler, Glyn Hitchings and Alex Heyhoe and were lucky enough to have a Full Squad yesterday, featuring five good substitutes. If we can keep every player happy and stick together, it could be another good season! |
