ROSELAND SURGERIES has recently formed a Patient Participation Group (PPG). PPGs work with their practices, providing practical support or helping with strategic input and advice from the patients’ perspective. They are based on cooperation between the practice staff and patients and help to improve communication. They can help with health promotion, providing services for patients and fundraising.
Roseland Surgeries PPG is conducting a patient survey to help assess the services that the practice offers and to identify patient needs. We would be grateful if you could take the time to complete the survey as your feedback is very important to us. The survey will run throughout January and completed surveys should be returned by 31st January. Paper copies are available from Portscatho, Tregony and St Mawes surgeries. The survey can also be completed online through our website: www.roselandsurgeries.co.uk. The results of the survey and any planned actions in response to it will be published on our website by 31st March.
